This is a fundraising event in Bloomington, Indiana and we are the main sponsor. Its a group of large boats that hold 20+ people having rowing races. THis event is open to all ages and takes place on a lake. It will be a carnival-like atmosphere. Please see www.racedragonboats.com for similar festivals and a better understanding of this event.
