null
start-up company founded by two individuals who have identified an unaddressed niche market in the document management space.
The offering is targeted at middle to upper income individuals and SME’s that are frustrated by never-ending administrative tasks, specifically surrounding the day-to-day management of physical paperwork and electronic documents. By re-packaging the power of corporate processes into a simplified and appealing user experience, plans to make owning and managing your documents a richer and more rewarding experience.
as a name is intended as a reference to an item traditionally associated with paper and document storage – namely a ‘Lever arch file’, and as a reference to the storage of more valuable items – namely an ‘Ark’.
At a basic level, the customer has interaction with the company through branded envelopes which serve as an ‘in-tray’ for all and any paperwork. Once these envelopes are received and processed by the company, they are added to the customer’s on-line account and made accessible through a powerful and user friendly on-line document management system. The user’s on-line account will include generous disk storage allocations and will also feature a secure back-up facility for all their electronic files.
