This is the 2nd time I've had the pleasure of working with egzote.com. The first contest in which they participated, their design was a finalist, and one of the best supplied. I reached out again to them for this new contest, and I selected their design as one of two winning designs. Their work was extraordinary. Different in every way from all other submissions, unique and brilliant. It was a pleasure and an honor to have them participate in our contest. I would urge anyone hosting a contest on 99Designs to reach out to them and beg them to join their design contest.

How kjf started their logo design journey
Lost.ie is for people who have lost something, where they can post a classified listing about what they've lost and people who find things can similarly list items.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Anyone who has lost or found anything.
I prefer lower case type than upper case, but open to suggestions. Logo is definitely not to be “cutesie” or cliché’; after a fresh modern approach as this is the approach of lost.ie; having said that, it needs to be welcoming and appeal to all users!
Some ideas I had to get people started:
* A frayed lost luggage tag with the name of the site on there.
* A box full of odds and ends you would expect to find at a lost and found office.
* A missing poster on a lamppost or carton of milk.
If you have a better idea then run with it!!!
Once more thing. I would like it so that if you had never seen the website before but saw the logo then you would be able to realise to some extent what the sites function was.
