Logo and Graphical 'Caricature' Needed....

I need to get a logo done for a soon to be
launched website called: SyncBay.com

The logo needs to be transparent PNG and look
good on a dark grey backgound, the color of
which is attached.

The text should be:

SYNCBAY
Your Online Gateway

(I dont need the .com included)

I also attach the Layout that I'm looking for.

If you look at that layout, you'll see a blue
area on the left for an image. This image is
for the website mascot...or characature - a
'Sloth', which I also need designed/created.

In case you don't know what a Sloth is, take a
look at these images:

I will need a full graphic design of a sloth holding onto
a branch or tree like this:

(just the sloth and tree - i dont need any background
as this will again be the attached dark color)

...and I will also need his face close up like this:

...and it is this close up face that will go to the
left of the logo.

He needs to look 'cute', smiling and in terms of
graphical representation, something along these
lines:
