(MILES) Motorsports Inventory Lifing and Equipment Status
Our company developed and intends to market a product and consulting services for an integrated business system designed for the motorsports industry, named MILES (Motorsports Inventory Lifing and Equipment Status). MILES is system that provides team owners, managers, crew, and manufacturers a tool to manage key assets and operations in this highly competitive industry.
First car to pass under the checkered flag - this is the vision that drives each team member to commit personal integrity and sleepless nights to ensure the car and driver are the best they can be.
The development and implementation of a motorsports toolset application in an intensely competitive and dynamic environment will prove to be
significant in reducing cost, improving turnaround time and reducing rework due to mistakes from the point-of-service level throughout the organization.
This creative and innovative product has demonstrated the ability to refine the motorsports industry.
Our current and prospective clients are wealthy, competitive, demanding and successful individuals who place a premium on substance over style. With motorsports being primarily funded by sponsorships, business efficiency becomes a priority. Most of them are friendly, down-to-earth people who are drawn to the unconventional and who are willing to take calculated risks. They are also very intelligent, can see “hype/fakes” a mile away, and put a lot of value on honesty and integrity. Time savings and credibility is an essential part of motorsports.
We are looking for a logo and style that reflects the product and services described above. The creative and innovative idea is the most important, but the credibility angle is important to convey.
We generally prefer logos that aren't TOO literal (no cars, racing flags, dollar signs, etc.).
Stylistically, it needs to be clean, sharp and professional looking, but not ultra-conservative. Unique is good, but remember that it's a technology and business product and serviceswe're talking about. Credibility and innovation is a big deal in this industry.
The logo needs to have a symbol with text to include the acronym and name together (MILES and Motorsports Inventory Lifing and Equipment Status)
Please do not submit something that is similar to something else out there. Many of our potential clients are very savvy, and it would be embarrassing if they made the connection. This is important for our brand, since part of what we are trying to convey is that our product and services are different from most other motorsports technology firms, and if our logo is a near-knock-off, it will reflect poorly on us and our product.
The logo will be used in several different applications (business card, PowerPoint, website, PDF, trade shows, etc.), so it needs to be a file type that is compatible with a range of programs without getting distorted
