I am the CEO and founder of Laundry Storm, a new laundry pickup and delivery service in California. I started Laundry Storm because I HATE going to laundromats or basement rooms in my apartment building, washing clothes, folding clothes, etc. And I know I am not alone. ;>
I started Laundry Storm to offer convenience and top-quality service to those who have better uses of their time than laundry. Some of us have to go to a laundromat and deal with quarters, broken machines, slow dryers, and lugging around heavy bags full of a very valuable commodity - our clothes.
Some of us have machines in our homes or buildings, but whether it's the limitation of being able to wash only one load at a time or finding your clothes dumped on the floor or taken out of the dryer when still wet, many of us would rather outsource this important chore to someone else.
Enter Laundry Storm. Laundry Storm is going to pick up your clothes from your door, wash your clothes per your specifications, and then deliver your clothes folded and neat back to you door.
Trust and cleanliness are very important to our customers. Our customers must trust that we will treat their clothes with respect and they want to be assured that their clothes will come back as clean or cleaner than if they had washed them themselves.
I am located in a college town in California and am marketing to college students and professionals. My customer base is educated and computer savvy.
