Halfgod followed the initial instructions, and have a wide variety of designs to choose from. Excellent work.
How Alexorella started their logo design journey
We're starting up a new beer blog with huge emphasis on craft beers and microbrews for serious beer drinkers and for those looking to dip their toes into the burgeoning craft beer movement sweeping the nation.
The blog is called CraftyPour.com and will cover craft beer culture, events, news, homebrewing, etc. primarily in the southeastern United States - which is typically neglected when people think of serious beer drinking.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target audience includes people who are serious about beer and who are much more apt to order a Stone Arrogant Bastard and wouldn't even think about drinking Bud Light.
We want to reach people who think about beer the way many people think about wine.
What we're looking for is a logo that says:
- hand-crafted and made with care (not like sewn or craft in the martha stewart sense. Hand-crafted like not factory produced.)
- being an insider or someone "in the know" or "in the club"
- earthy and probably earth-tone colors.
- slightly subversive
Not to be confused with snooty or too high-brow. We don't want something that says Polo Club or Golf Resort. It should be grungier than that while still saying "quality".
