Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Holistic nutrition counseling (specializing in vegan, plant based diets) and holistic health coaching services and virtual programs that help busy, health conscious women transition to a more plant based diet and make holistic lifestyle changes to eliminate toxins and heal with food. I teach people how to cook easy, plant based meals as well as use holistic remedies for better health.
