Dana V. Adams and Associates
What’s your company slogan?
Land to Luxury
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
I'm a high-end, luxury real estate agent who specializes in new construction. I sell land to builders and then list the property once the new homes is built. I'm involved from start to finish from the dirt, design to the finished home.
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
Real Estate & Mortgage
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I prefer dark navy blue and the accent of a light, baby soft pink color...it needs to be legible, but I prefer that over a hot pink and I don't prefer sky blue.

I like the uniqueness, scripty looking 'j' with the little scroll off the end.
I really like this one...I like the script of the k and v..feminine, scrolly/flowing, I like how the K and V run from one end of her name to the other.
Like the play on the g and b in a design over the name.
Again, I like the scripting of the 'er' over the top of the name.
90% of my sales are in the town I grew up in, Kirkland. The board shows a few iconic landmarks from the downtown Kirkland waterfront. There's a marina pavilion, Marina Park and dock...a picture of my and my kids.
I'm attaching a sample marketing only to show the clean look and I sort of like the part in the upper corner 'luxe Gold List' and how that looks classic, etc.
The logo ideas are just to help identify the general style I tend to gravitate toward. My clients are developer/builders all the way to high-end luxury home clients. I'm a mom of four boys so although I'm trying to be powerful in work, I have a little soft side as a mom...live and work in the same town I grew up in. The 'V' in my name is the initial for a passed down family name, I'm also the 5th child of my parents (Roman numeral V for 5) and It's my four boys and me...five again. I have an image of the 'v' somehow being a little lighter in color or flair/vine/scroll which would represent the family/mom/softer side of me and the DANA ADAMS being strong...maybe the base of the 'v' is strong also and then fans out somehow...that's why I need your help...I'd prefer 'and ASSOCIATES' be smaller bold and from one edge of my name to the other (underneath the Dana V. Adams). I hope this helps a little. I am generally always wearing black dress suits/slacks, white tops, some ruffles...love light baby pink and dark navy blue. I live in a waterfront community called Kirkland so also love the water.
