How Red Door Photo started their logo design journey
Who are you known as?
Red Door Photo (we want to drop the + design).
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Photography. Primarily weddings and high school seniors. Primary target are women age 25-45. But we want to connect to guys too! Guys like us because we keep things fun and easy for them. So something that attract both men and women??
What industry do you think your business is most related to?
What colors do you want to see in your design?
Other color requirements
I'd like to explore the following colors:
Dark neutrals: Formality, mystery, exclusivity and luxury.
Light neutrals: Purity, balance and sophistication.
Reds: Energy, action, passion and love.
To give us an idea of the overall feeling of your brand, let us know which styles you lean towards
We already have a logo that we really like. We would just like to "update" it somehow? Our website is http://www.reddoorphoto.net - it may help give you an idea of our style. We are pretty laid back and like to keep things easy but the result are awesome images. So we don't want our logo to be too fussy. We have a new studio space and will need to do a sign - so want to make sure we have a logo that is easy to read/recognize as people drive by. Our new studio space is in the old creative part of downtown. Our studio is an old building, exposed brick, big windows, vintage feel. It will be taking the place of the sign where there is a bird on the below photo.
