Attorney & Law
In a nutshell - Lending money to people for the purpose of bringing a case to court. Typically serving those that would otherwise not have the funds to pursue their case. The longer version: Court House Capital can provide funding to enable plaintiffs to bring a claim where they otherwise would not have the capacity to bring. At Court House Capital we do not want to see a potential Plaintiff be restricted in obtaining damages they are entitled to purely because they do not have the capacity to run a litigious matter. Litigation funding provides a plaintiff either funds to bring a claim and/or funds adverse costs and in some circumstances security for costs or a blend of all of the above. In exchange Court House Capital will receive a return of the amount recovered by the claimant this will depend on the circumstances of each case and the type of funding you will require. Common type of funding matters 1. Commercial disputes 2. Breach of contract 3. Insolvency dispute matters 4. Class actions 5. Defamation 6. Professional liability 7. Shareholders, directors, investor disputes
I'm sourcing this logo design for a client. They told me they liked the look of these websites: http://www.litigationlending.com.au/ https://www.slatergordon.com.au/ They also noted that they are not afraid of colour, but would like to keep the look within the bounds of acceptable palettes for respected finance/lending websites. Thank you!
