Sexy Logo Redesign for Popular Dating Facebook App

Lovers

Lovers is a Facebook application that lets you send love to your friends.
It also lets you add your friends as Lovers, allowing you to be in more than one relationship at a time. It currently has 279,808 monthly active users.

We're also working on an iPhone app that will let you chat & flirt with other Lovers nearby you.

We like our favicon but the edges are a little rough and does not show up well on Firefox (on a gray background). Also, we'd like its color to be a bit more red rather than pink.

Our target audience is the popular, attractive, stylish, trendy, young girly-girls and studs. Young crowd. We want them to wear t-shirts with our logo on it to parties, bars & clubs.

We are redesigning our logo because we want to sell t-shirts with our logo on them, and we really want these shirts to be cool, something that people would want to wear out to a bar or something.

It should have a cool symbol and the text "Lovers" below it,
similar to the Grindr logo: http://www.grindr.com/Grindr_iPhone…_Gear.html

Keep it simple. Solid colors. No gradients or crazy effects because they don't print well on t-shirts.

The font for "Lovers" should be simple, cool & fun, like Grindr's is, but different. We're thinking fat, serif letters, but experiment.

The symbol could be the similar to our current symbol (a heart made of hearts) but made cleaner, crisper, and better. Please experiment though. We want it to be a heart. Some of the themes to play off of are:
- many lovers. i.e. http://99designs.com/logo-design/store/1433 (could be cool w/o the plus sign & could work as the "o" in Lovers). or with a blue circle in the middle representing the world.
- love around the world. i.e. http://99designs.com/logo-design/store/1429 (maybe if made simpler)
- or lovers over the Internet
- Another idea is just to have a red heart with a white border around it, but that's not quite unique enough.

Also, it must be vectorized or much larger so that it will print at high-resolution on a t-shirt.

We like red, black, and white but feel free to experiment. We also like #E61E2B and #F40000
