We solve retailers real estate problems. We think of ourselves as a hybrid between a traditional tenant rep brokerage firm and an in-hour real estate division. We find people great spaces when that makes sense. However, when there's nothing right available we create spaces - we'll buy a building, buyout an existing tenant, etc. We don't just act as a middleman, we invest as an owner right alongside our retail partners. We're a division of a real estate acquisitions firm (Crown Acquisitions), so that's a core competency. We don't want to be all things to all people, we make sense for opening a few stores in really tough locations or stores that have to be perfect, like a flagship or a first location in the US. We focus in urban markets. we're entrepreneurial and creative in what we do and how we do it.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
Domestic and international retailers, retailers in a state of flux (i.e. going from wholesale to their own stores, entering new markets, geographies, etc.), retailers who think of their stores as more important than just space, as their image and critical to their business. Retailers with good credit. Retailers who want more than a middleman, but a partner.
"NOVO" big, "realty services" much smaller, "a division of Crown Acquisitions" somewhere, but very small
I'd like the new logo to look / feel both differentiated, but not unrelated to our parent (which i'll try and attach / upload somehow). The current has three balls over the points in the W, was thinking of 4 balls on the N and V points (3 above, 1 below), but please play with it. The current logo has blue and white.
don't want a logo that is in any way limiting (i.e. that implies domestic, or NY, or has a big building). no clip art. probably don't want any pictures actually.
want something that would work with Louis Vuitton or Walgreens
