Logo contest for a company selling data to brokers, companies who are buying on their customer’s behalf. For example: Ad Agency, Printer, Market Research Company…
The niche for the Spyglass is our ability to take a broad target market and narrow it – a process that cuts cost and increases response. Spyglass outstanding service and industry knowledge make it a convenient “one-stop” or “go to” resource.
Businesses who assist other businesses in marketing. Brokers, or companies who are buying data lists on their customer’s behalf. For example: Ad Agency, Printer, Market Research Company…
We sell data lists to people who want to market...this is like mortgage lists, auto lists, business lists, etc. People come to us to buy lists so they can send out marketing materials to them.
Would like 2 graphics. One, being the spyglass – the other, a view looking through the spyglass.
Spyglass Lists is a new division of our parent company which has been in business for 6 years, selling to end users and brokers. We are not a low priced leader by any means, which leads to many Brokers not being able to work with us. Spyglass Lists is being created to fix this problem.
We have been in the data/list business for 10 years – marketing/copywrite business for 5 years before. We have extensive industry knowledge from provider, developer, and producer points of view.
What We want: Colors – orange and blue (melon colored orange, not construction sign orange – more pastel colors ORANGE BLUE). I don’t want to give much more direction than this. I like all capital letters for SPYGLASS – dates back to my architect and engineering classes. Should have a logo with and without tag lines – with and without company name. I leave the rest to creative minds.
What I don’t want: I do not want to inhibit creativity –my only request is to make sure we utilize a Spyglass (as in pirate) not a telescope (as in astronomer).
Graphics: Open to creative approach.
We may want to add a tagline so try to maybe include one:
Clarity for the Data World
Bringing Clarity in the Sea of Data
Clarity in the Sea of Data
Clarity in the Sea of Lists
Focusing on the Target
Discover New Worlds
