Tech9Guns Training Academy is a full time firearms training academy located in an anti gun state, my target market are 21-65 year old individuals. We do security training and personal protection training.
I am open to using the full name or just TECH9 or T9, all I am asking is that the logo not be a cookie cutter image of things overused already in the firearms industry. When it comes to fonts I do not like basic fonts, again I am looking for unique out of the box styles textures and colors. I cannot overstate how much I want this design to be unique! I also would like a design that down the road I can work with the designer to take it from one dimensional to a 3D look, that goal is for signage. I envision the logo raised off a wall with back lighting for a stunning visual effect. The logo will be used for merchandise. TSHIRTS MUGS (EMBROIDERS SHIRTS) etc etc. and it must be marketable...it would be great if I could get one design that with slight color variations or textures could be altered for a new fresh look. I am also not stuck on having to have something that has the T9 or TECH9 built into it....it could be an image alone. The final image needs to attract attention and get a WOW factor from people. so simple basic overdone concepts are not going to win me over. This is going to be my brand and I will need it to play many rolls. I live in Connecticut...not the most gun friendly state, so thought must be given to balance awesome looking and respectful to those who do not support things with guns...I would love to have a guns and bullets filled logo but I don't think it would draw the kind of attention I want...lol This logo will be the focus of a full truck wrap on my vehicle for promoting my school and I need it to turns heads in a good sort of way. Attached are a few images I saw that caught my eye. One called TACT6 was a favorite of them all..the logo had the ability to look good in 3D the fonts were out of the norm and it had a great texture to it...the other all caught my eye for various reasons themselves also

And then… they selected 2 winners!
