We REALLY like clean and classy, yet contemporary.
We like abstract images/treatments...but prefer those with some meaning and tie with what we do. Or tie in with our name.
WHAT WE DO:
We help clients connect with their customers on a meaningful level. We're content and web strategists, we work with thought leaders and we have a methodology and approach that we're pretty proud of (see home page). Now we're ready for a logo we're proud of! :)
We'd love something with an element of the logo that can stand alone as a watermark, screened-back in white papers, etc. That element may even be part of the company name (treatment of letter)...so don't be afraid to make the company name the logo, too...
Font: We prefer something Sans Serif. Current Font is Calibri.
Ultimately, we'd love a blend of style with creative thinking. PDF below may help explain what we mean...but if you do best *not* looking at examples, go with any first thoughts!
Our target audience is medium to medium-large business owners or marketing leaders. We don't want to appear too "corporate" or "enterprise"-ish.
The graphics on the following pages give an idea as to the colors we're looking for. We don't need to completely mirror these...but don't want to clash either.

Tagline (**not necessarily part of logo**):
Current: Helping Thought Leaders Find Their Voice Online
Potential New Tagline: Meaningful Content. Measurable Results.
We really want to avoid globes, grids, bar graphs and anything too cliché. Instead, think wireframes, content plans, modules on a page, buckets of content, creative brainstorming...social networking (keep it subtle)...
Recently, we learned that we love logos using negative space, too! Although that's not a requirement, if you have ideas there, submit `em!
We hope you'll join our contest. We're excited about seeing your ideas!
Good luck and thank you!
