Wicked Awesome Logo Needed for Boat Repair shop

This contest is for a logo for a boat repair shop named Marine Service Center. We already have a web site built and want the logo to fit in nicely with the site. We also want to use the logo on t-shirts, biz cards and other printed materials.

This contest is for a logo for a boat repair shop named Marine Service Center. We already have a web site built and want the logo to fit in nicely with the site. We also want to use the logo on t-shirts, biz cards and other printed materials.

So we want a .jpg and .png file sized right for the web site and then a 300 dpi version vector file. If it's possible to have that in .eps and .png that would be fabulous. (it would be great to have access to the individual layers if that how you work,if that means a .psd file or something that'll probably work too).
