Blue Capture Consulting LLC; trade name Blue Capture; website is blue-capture.com
Blue Capture Consulting is a Limited Liability Corporation that helps businesses navigate the challenges with winning Federal government contracts. Our disciplined capture management services ensure that opportunities are properly characterized in the pre-proposal phase to increase win-probability. Our proposal management services team subject matter experts with proposal writers to create highly-rated, on-time proposals.
We are targeting the Washington DC market of federal contractors. Our potential clients include large and small companies serving the civilian, Department of Defense (DoD), and intelligence sectors within the Federal government.
Our target audience includes small business owners, business developers, proposal managers, project managers - usually at the executive level - in companies doing business with the Federal government. Examples of large businesses include Lockheed Martin, IBM, SRA, SAIC, Calibre, HP, etc. We also serve small businesses and start-ups.
Culturally, the large businesses are very conservative and consist of people with >20 years experience - former government workers who have retired or industry personnel who have advanced in their careers. The small businesses are usually innovative but still very conservative in their decision-making. They are usually making a big decision when they choose to bring me on. Often it requires an executive team discussion and decision.
Requirement is for a logo consisting of a word and symbol combination.
Our work products for our clients need to look very professional - like each in-house product was specially created by a graphics expert. The tone of the logo needs to communicate credibility, sophistication, and consistency in a visual manner.
The colors - I realize I'm likely to get a lot of blue colors given the name. That is fine but please focus on sophisticated hues.
I do not mind other accent colors or interesting ideas that don't even include blue as long as they communicate sophistication and maturity. Something clever.
Nothing girly and cute
Nothing floral (that one really hurts but most buyers are men)
