Very happy with our design. kaki ryan worked hard to develop and improve on his initial submissions to give us the result we were looking for.
How ACInvestments started their logo design journey
Hello, my name is Chris and i run my own real estate investment company. I started this company on a loan from my parents after finishing school last January. I am a 24 year old looking to turn this start up into a successful real estate investment/development company. The main reason i got into this was due to the fact that i could pick up land for pennies on the dollar. I figured that even though the market was struggling for developers and builders, i could capitalize on that and acquire pre-developed assets for a discounted rate and then sell them as needed. I also have my real estate license and sell some of the homes that are being built on my land for an even faster return. I would like to present the company in a very simple, tasteful way that gives a professional yet distinct look. A look that says even though we are a new young company, we have a great work ethic and are driven to be the best.
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
The target audience is banks, builders, and developers. Our main goal is to negotiate with banks for land acquisitions and loans, with builders for lowered costs and confidence, and developers for partnerships. We also manage some commercial buildings that we own. This is obviously an existing market, but we are an effect of the economy. My business sprang up due to the fact that builders may no longer have the capitol to purchase land but the resources to build homes. I am here to promote growth in this struggling industry by helping builders and developers be able to build homes.
We do a lot of real estate investment business but also have other projects going on, so a logo that is not constricted to real estate would be ideal. Feel free to get creative! You are the designer/artist, not me so let your creativity flow! Our tag line is "Developing the future" which should be included somewhere but not necessarily in the logo itself. I would like to have around 2-3 colors and want to avoid anything that looks like a picture in a coloring book. Colors i was thinking of include but not limited to: Red, Gray, Black, Gold, Silver, Green, Blue. If you have any further questions please do not hesitate to email me at: Chris.ACInvestments@yahoo.com. Thanks, i look forward to working with you!
