cxc-mtull needed a new app design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 48 designs submitted by 9 freelance designers.
The app allows our stakeholders to access up-to-date information on their mobile phone.
Our corporate identity manual is attached below. The general colors should be white and blue. Any imagery should representative of the Caribbean.
CXConnect - [Name can change]
When the app first launches, the app should collect the following information:
● Full Name
● Email
● Mobile Number (in a suitable format for SMS messaging)
● Country
● Institution/Workplace
This information should be editable on a profile screen.
After initial setup, the app launches with a simple splash screen. From the splash screen, the home screen appears. The home screen is the feed (more information in the attached brief). From the home screen, user interaction is based on item type. For example, if the item is a new article, clicking it should open up the article screen. If the item is a gallery type, clicking it should display the images and allow scrolling through the images.
The feed should also have a slider with upcoming events at the top (See MU Live for reference). Clicking these will open an event screen with more information. The event screen should display pertinent event information and allow sharing.
The About CXC screen is a content screen with the content from http://www.cxc.org/about/about-cxc/.
The screens for FAQs and Chat should be based on the Hotline.io SDK.
The navigation should have the following items
- Feed
- FAQs
- Chat
- About CXC
- Profile
