ArchitecTie
We are looking to generate fabric patterns that are based on the great works of Modern Architecture. We want a look to create neck ties that anyone would like, but those that know modern architecture and design would recognize.
The main target audience would be architects and designers, though the look should be appreciated by anyone. People that appreciate clean, modern design.
This particular pattern will be based on the Eames House (Case Study House No. 8) in Los Angeles, California by Charles and Ray Eames (see attached files). Additional images can be found online. The pattern should be based on the structure's elevation, but not a copy of it. The pattern should be appropriate for a serious necktie, not a novelty item. Ideally the pattern should be able to be used for any tie color (red, blue, etc.), though the pattern can definitely incorporate touches of color matching the building's panels.
