Real Estate & Mortgage
We are a Swiss real estate website, existing for only 1 year and breaking many records.
What's your vision?
I want to have an infographic like you see nowadays more and more, with info and statistics on ONE YEAR HOME.CH: * format should be a printable A3 * everything should be bilingual (english, french). I will translate, but just for the design you should know that every text must be displayed twice. Most common trick here: show the english text regular, and the french text in italic. * please make a design that matches our website. Use similar font, use the blueish background if that makes sense. Information to display on the infographic: TITLE: "One year home.ch 2011 / Un an home.ch 2011" INTROTEXT: (use some fake text for now) STATISTICS : # and % unique visitors (150k 2011, 250k 2012, 70% increase) # and % e-mail subscribers (2000 in 2011, 15000 in 2012 650% increase) % paid ads on home.ch (3000 in 2011, 11000 in 2012) % increase e-mail leads generated by home.ch (150%) % increase phone-leads generated by home.ch (300%) (here, we should display and compare the data from two timeframes, january 2012 vs january 2011) dec. 2011: home.ch is the 27th most visited Swiss website (with 261k unique visitors) * based on netmetrix, websites with at least 85% Swiss traffic % mobile users home.ch (22%, january 2011) % reliability (uptime) website home.ch (99.5%, full year 2011) % home.ch score eyetracking (88%, october 2011) Time spent per user on home.ch (4.24 minutes) and # viewed pages per visit (10.3 pages) Overlap and unique users home.ch vs. the three major competitors immoscout24, immostreet, homegate (see attachment for data) #1 position of our iphone-app in the Swiss appstore in category "business" (maybe you can mention that or show it, see attachment) Average asking m2price for a house and an apartment in december 2011 for top-10 swiss cities (see attached screenshots for data) examples briefing 99designs: http://99designs.com/other-design-tasks/contests/camping-retailer-needs-infographic-poster-design-81509 http://99designs.com/other-design-tasks/contests/come-up-fantastic-infographic-about-dogs-75005/brief http://99designs.com/other-design-tasks/contests/antelope-needs-beautiful-infographic-template-facebook-analysis-113557/brief

It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their other graphic design.
robert@home collaborated with designers to refine their ideas
When design entries come in, you can rate them so designers know what you’re looking for in your logo design.
99designs has great collaboration tools so you can pinpoint and capture your ideas
And then… they selected a winner!
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
