Book Title - Thank You for Leaving Me Subtitle - Finding Divinity in Divorce Graphic - Lotus see my website logo to mirror that - i have a file I can send with that graphic 5x8 book size Like deep red color to strengthen branding with my website and future site
What's your vision?
the above states the specs - if you go to my website you can see the current cover and the lotus logo by my name (which i want incorporated) www.FarhanaDhalla.com book is 5x8 i will send the text for what needs to go on the back (see the current back cover) as soon as you require it I would prefer to stay away from photos of another person. I am including my photo here because it will need to go somewhere - preferably on the back of the book but would be open to seeing it on the front. I would prefer that the cover not include the image of another person. i have given my picture (but not sure if i would want it on the front - but for sure would need it on the back. Remember Eat Pray Love? I would love a representation of something (they used the japamala beads) - I have selected the lotus... as the book is themed in reference to the 3 stages of the lotus. So even if the lotus (the one I have provided - synchs with my branding) is represented as a necklace pendant or something with that kind of whimsical. Simple is good. The title is very strong. BACK OF THE BOOK: Note: The designer is free to make my picture antique/black and white etc if it works better for the color scheme. At the top left hand I would like the categories for the book: Divorce/Relationships/Personal Development The back of the book text should read : “What do you mean you want out?” <this should be in larger font> I was hurt, shocked and… silently relieved. Divorce is a time where the worst of us can reveal itself … or, it can be the catalyst for unveiling the Magnificence that we are. The truth is, we don’t really know who we are until we are faced with the crumbling of who we are not. And then, the most exquisite realization comes that changes everything. The realization that nothing is ever done TO you; rather, Everything is done FOR you. NOTE: If you wanted to use a testimonial on the front cover then please use Dr Simon’s. (no need, just an option) “Amazingly open and authentic… of tremendous value for women and men dissolving and recreating themselves” Dr. David Simon, CEO of the Chopra Center, Author of Free to Love, Free to Heal “This book teaches you how to turn a breakdown into a breakthrough. This book teaches you perseverance, resiliency and forgiveness.” Lisa Nichols, star of The Secret, Author of No Matter What! “Well written with a juiciness you’ll want to devour, delivering powerful life lessons from one who has lived them, Farhana will take you on a journey to discover the complex emotions that one experiences during a break up. Insights like this become a source of instant healing, so get ready to shift.” Jennifer McLean, Host of Healing with the Masters “This strikingly authentic and enlightening memoir guides us to the real freedom that awaits us to the real freedom that await us… when we have the courage to let go of that doesn’t work in our lives.” Chris Cade, Creator of Inscribe your Life “I have not laughed and cried so much over a single book since reading Elisabeth Gilbert’s Eat, Pray, Love. I adore this book. Farhana Dhalla is straight from the heart!” Teresa de Grosbois, Founder of The Evolutionary Business Council, Bestselling Author
divorce spiritual empowring personal journey more geared to women the book is written in 96 vignettes to also represent the 96 petal lotus (which represents the 6th chakra) ... each a petal of truth.
