What's your vision?
We're looking for someone to help redesign a "tangible programming language" for young children. The idea is that kids can program a robot by connecting wooden tiles with different actions on them. We use a cell phone camera to scan in kids programs and then to send those programs to a robot. The attached images show our current designs. We're looking for something with the same playful feel, but with better colors, icons, and fonts. Each tile has to have space for a 3/4" circular barcode. The tiles don't have to be square, but they should "fit together" in a chain.
Age: 4-6 year old children For use at home, in school, at science museums, etc.

Designers across the globe delivered design magic.

Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
We think contests are a super fun way to get design.
