Make the look of my transcripts suck less

To me, entrepreneurs are teachers and stars.

I invite them to Mixergy.com to talk about how they built their businesses. I have what they say transcribed so my audience could read it.

My mission is to help upstarts learn from the most successful people who are willing to openly tell how they built their businesses.

Entrepreneurs and investors.

My audience reads biographies of successful people for fun.

When they were kids, while their friends dreamed of being Britney Spears or the Backstreet Boys, they wanted to be like Warren Buffett or Donald Trump.

I need you to improve my template.

Most important requirement:

I will convert what you give me to HTML. Then, I will create each transcript within this HTML document and save each transcript as a PDF.

So the most important thing to me is that what you give me can be made into a basic template in HTML.

Requirements:

- The design should be consistent with the look of my site http://mixergy.com

- The design should allow me to quickly place long or short transcripts without affecting other design elements.

- The design should highlight the sponsors who pay for the transcripts to be created.

- The width of the transcript should be no more than 500 pixels to make it easier to read.

- The font you use should be commonly available and easy to read.
