This artist is not only the best of the best when it comes to artwork, but one thing that stood out was his communication. From experience, that has been tough from hiring some online help but I may have been the most challenging client of his and he did an amazing job hanging in there with me and produced outstanding results from the initial draft through the final.

1.6 million veteran homeowners in Texas. My target market is 1k with criteria of: 6%+ Interest Rate, Been in mortgage 8+ years, have 30%+ equity, married, with 'pre-teen' children (meaning they probably are settled in), Christian or Protestant, make at least 40k/year but not over 75k.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Rates have been below 5% for 7 years. I have the utmost respect for those who served our Country. The winner of this contest will create the most 'eye-catching' postcard that portrays a genuine care for each Veteran's well-being and their family's. Key points to hit home: Save thousands by missing 1-2 payments PLUS an escrow refund; they've paid the bank TOO much and 92% of Veteran's qualify (details below), and it takes about 37 minutes of their life to save tens of thousands of dollars.
This campaign will not just have a landing page Call-to-action, but an entire 'YOUTILITY' website for Veterans to find tons of useful nuggets of information. It will be a campaign that can be done over and over with a small spin on the demographic, while replacing one or two elements of this postcard (eg- in stead of married with pre-teen children we may target the same everything except single fathers relating to how tough it must be and we're here to make life easier).
