Mind Body & Soul is a Weight Management Consultancy. It offers tailor made weight loss plans which are delivered on a one to one basis. There are 12 sessions to the programme and then a maintenance plan which follows. Clients are supported with motivation, knowledge and guidance throughout on how to make small gradual behaviour changes to their lifestyle in order to achieve their long and short term goals. DEMOGRAPHICS:  - Gender neutral  - All cultures/ ethnicities - Ages 18+. (***not age specific as it's a new business starting up)
