Real Estate & Mortgage
We are the #1 apartment building sales/advisors group in the province of Ontario, in all aspects from technique, marketing, knowledge, and successful track record, with over $350,000,000.00 traded/acquired over the past 3 years. Our combination of veteran experience and youthful drive, passion and technical prowess sets us apart. Our focus is long term client relationships, both new and old, and we genuinely care about our clients. We are looking for a design for our newsletter which will be mailed to all our clients.
What's your vision?
This project is for a 4 page 8 ½” X 11” full colour, glossy print, newsletter, which will be mailed to our client database of apartment building owners. We deal with a wide array of clients, ranging from private individuals and families to REITS (real estate investment trusts) and large multi-national corporations. Our clients’ total assets can vary from $2M to well over $500M. Overall layout concept: Pg 1 (cover/front) – company name and banner, two separate text based articles, possibly with supporting pictures. The articles will likely “be continued” on page 2, bottom half. Pg 2 top half to ¾ will include property listings which means a picture and short description of each “for sale” building outlining highlights of the investment opportunity. A good size has proven to be 3 properties per “row”. We will likely have 2 or 3 rows (6-9 properties). Page 3 similar to page 2 but will run complete page of properties, this time listing recent transactions or “solds”. A “SOLD” stamp over each of these properties has proven to work well. Page 4 – needs to contain information on our company, a chart of recent transactions in Ontario and 1 or 2 graphs/pie charts. I believe a banner at the bottom of each page for contact info and disclaimers may be required, but we would like to see options both with and without. This banner need not be very large. We are open to other ideas as well, such as a well placed and designed “box” somewhere in the newsletter we can fill with various info – a testimonial, a recommendation, etc. Design: We cannot have boring but we are handling millions of dollars of our client’s assets, so we also must firmly convey professionalism and large-scale operation. We are leaders and we are cutting edge, and our youth is an advantage, so the design should be powerful, bold and unique, but not so out there, or hard to follow, that it takes away from the professionalism. We have included our company logo and our website. We feel that the colour scheme may need to go hand in hand with these established emblems but we are open to going with a completely different colour scheme if it proves more effective. The design and layout of our website does NOT need to be linked to the newsletter in any way. Our ideas are based on what we have seen in our industry and we are certainly open to inspired new thoughts and ideas. website: http://www.stonebank.ca See attachments for other designs for inspiration and theme we've been using in the past. *** We prefer the design in Abobe InDesign format, but we are open to other formats as well ***
