Real Estate & Mortgage
I am in a JV partnership where we purchase homes and advertise them as rent-to-own homes in Barrie ON Canada. This allows families who cannot currently buy a home the opportunity to live in the home they want to purchase and earn downpayment credits during their three year lease so they can buy the home at end of term.
What's your vision?
I am looking to create the following: Double Panel AdCard that will advertise two rent-to-own homes in the Barrie Ontario Canada area. Print size must adhere to the following so it can be included by Canada Post in their mailbox delivery: Card size flat - 10 3/4" x 8 3/8" (273.1mm x 212.8mm) Card size folded - 5 3/8" x 8 3/8" (136.6mm X 212.8mm) Full Bleed - No Border Will be scored and folded. (Panel 1 front, 2&3 middle, Panel 4 Back) Panel 1 - Needs to capture attention with colour and format asking the question "Are you still paying rent in Barrie?" An illustration as well as creative ideas enticing the reader to open the Adcard are welcome! Panel 2 & 3 - Body of AdCard - Content attached Below in Powerpoint - Idea is to split the homes in panel 2 & 3 with the included messaging above and below panels 2 and 3 (photo's included and welcome photoshopping/cropping/framing to maximize appeal - blue skies please!). Basic concept/content is there but I am looking to make this center section "pop". Panel 4 - Back. Should pose the question in Panel 1 and include the first 3 lines of text from panels 2 & 3 in smaller font along with pictures of both houses in vertical fashion with their adresses. Needs to be created with Adobe Creator Suite products to faciliate printing. I believe the basic formating is there (see powerpoint slide) for the body but I am looking for creativity in colour, font and presentation to really capture the readers attention quickly (especially Panel 1). Open to changes to make this really pop when someone is scanning their mail. Target are young families sick or renting and throwing their money away. Original Photo's attached along with content.
The question to ask when preparing this project is "would you open and read this AdCard" if you were a renter and sick of throwing your money away? Good Luck!!!
