We are a real estate company in Los Angeles County... with a keen perspective to our clients in the purchase and sale of homes, condos, vacation properties, vacant land and all types of investment and commercial properties.
Looking for a brochure for services we provide our clients. A stylish and creative layout is what we are looking for.
The design is for our listing package for new clients that may be doing a short sale. This is an emotional transaction and the photos used should convey comfort and support.

Homeowner who needs to understand marketing is the key to selling a home.

The example attached is from another contest that we liked, but please don't copy the exact style... A cover page and a couple page variations of inside that can be edit on our end.

The brochure should be dynamic, yet simple to convey our message of selling homes for the highest possible price. We are dealing with distressed homeowners, so the knowledge and support we offer is our strength.
The brochure will have a consistent theme with slight color variations and all have a layered effect. The winner will supply a format we can edit or continue to assist us… we have uploaded samples of our text, but it will change so we need the final file to be editable
CDPE logo can be used within brochure. We are CDPE certified.
Complete design should compliment our website.
We need an edible format that we can change as needed. Must provide psd, eps and ai formats.

We would like photos to be in design... you can find samples on istockphoto, pick ones out you like and we can buy them later.
