Template for downloadable PDF resources

We need a template we can use to present downloadable documents from our website. Documents will be anything from 1 page to 10 pages long, and will be quite text-heavy, including how-to type case-studies, etc. The design should make the large slabs of text easier to read. We must be able to re-use the design for future documents, with different lengths.

We want a template for multi-page documents which will be downloaded from our website.  We must be able to re-use the design for future documents, with different lengths.

The size of the documents will vary from 1 page to 10 pages long.

Most of the documents will be taken up with text, so we want a design which we can place the text into, which will make it more of a pleasure to read.

We'd like the design to be lively and "fun", but still clean and professional (not too glitzy).

Design needs to be in Quark or InDesign and final deliverables must include layout, images & fonts etc.
