jennyoldham31 got their new product packaging by running a design contest:
Design a tasteful, fun, souful design for my wedding figurines

Other color requirements
mauve, violet, pale yellow, light blue, peachy orange. These are not essential but suggested - I am open to other ideas. I want more subtle colours - not loud... pastels that work well together. I want the design to be purely graphical. Please see the document down the bottom for the colour of interest.
Marri Tree Lane
Male and female cake toppers - Create your perfect match
Description of the product
Our 'wedding' toppers interact to create the perfect couple - we don't discriminate against sexuality or race - all toppers can work with each other and stand together to create a unified couple. Also, and this is important - these figures can be used for engagements and anniversary cakes also so it's not just weddings although that will be the main focus.
Description of the product target audience
My customers will be 25-45, they may be gay, straight, African American, Caucasian etc. They are down-to-earth, natural, real, people. They live in the US and are middle to higher end of the road income earners... they are not into high-end fancy bling. They have taste and class. As a note - the Marri tree is indigenous to western Australia where I live. It's a type of gum tree (there are many types of gum tree) that has these awesome little nuts/flowers called gum nuts. Could work well with the colours outlined above.... just an idea. I've added some pictures above of gum leaves, nuts and flowers.
I am thinking of some bright colours on a white background with the logo in there. Not overly 'lovey' but fun, down-to-earth, non pretentious.
What to avoid
I don't want any added images - just the logo and some bright design. These will be bought online, so the box doesn't have to explain the contents as such.
The box will be roughly as above in terms of shape and opening. Sizing is not exact yet but will be roughly 13x10x20cm.
It all began with a design brief.
A quick, interactive guide helped them understand their design style and captured exactly what they needed in their product packaging.
Designers across the globe delivered design magic.

And then… they selected a winner!
Pau is great to work with. We have used her designs on 3 of the products in our Brand and also in the earlier stages of our Brand development. Highly recommend her services.
Along the way, they met lots of talented designers…
