Overall, the designs are great but the designer's attitude is very manipulative, unprofessional, rude, and downright repulsive! The designer can't communicate well and when you ask her a direct question she doesn't mean what she says. Then she tried to scam more money out of me after she already agreed to do the additional work at no extra charge! Then I spent countless hours and hundreds of dollars remedying her design errors by hiring other designers. She then started spreading false information about me to other designers who also became very rude, unprofessional, and repulsive when working on the same designs!
