The book follows my wife and I as young adults trying to make major life and medical decisions on the journey to having a baby. My wife and I encountered trouble getting pregnant and moved towards fertility treatments that resulted in a very complex pregnancy initially with quadruplets. We battled numerous medical surprises and difficult moral decisions on the path to having our healthy baby girl.
