We lease apartments from landlords and use them for short-term rentals targeted at tourists, creating an arbitrage business model. Our primary goal is to acquire high-quality apartments that we can offer for short-term stays on platforms like Airbnb and Booking.com.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Primary: Landlords and real estate agents. We need to demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and financial stability to them.
Secondary: Tourists (mainly couples and friend groups) looking for a stylish and comfortable stay. This group is less of a focus right now, but we want our logo and branding to be flexible enough to eventually appeal to them as well.
