I wanted something that jumped off the page and was straightforward with the message. This design accomplished those factors. There were others that I had to choose from that were equally intriguing, however my final decision was based on clarity. My choice of cover tells the story. The second place finishers required some thought process by the viewer to decifer the meaning.
