Design inspiration :

Capital W as the main logo shape.

Additional “roof top” shape at the center of logo to represent main business as realtor.

A triangle on top of ”roof top” to represent three main parties in real estate business : realtor, consumer, home owner.

Also, the triangle visually to make the overall balance of the whole logo proportion.

Couple of different color iterations:
1. Colored logo with red accent on the “roof-top” area to emphasize the main business. Accent color can be change to other color if needed but I see majority of realtor they use red as main color.
2. Basic white logo on a dark background (option for dark color medium)
3. Basic black logo on a lighter background (option for light color medium)
