Universal Window Solutions is a window company doing new construction and retrofits as well (replacing old outdated windows with new windows). The project is a sign that will be placed in the yard of houses after a retrofit is performed, letting neighbors and pedestrians see that a retrofit has been completed. Retrofits are performed with two main reasons in mind:
1. Replacing old windows that are very inefficient and leak out cold air. (We are based in Florida, USA where cooling costs are high due to the consistent heat). This saves the customer money on energy and keeps their houses cooler, a big relief when living in the heat.
2. Hurricane Protection, hurricanes in Florida pose a threat to all homes. Strong winds and flying debris can cause serious damage to house without the proper windows. Keeping the home and more importantly family safe from hurricanes is a huge driving factor for customers purchasing new windows.
What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
UWS needs a Yard sign designed that will be two sided, easy to read, and will be 18"x24". The sign must incorporate company Logo, Website, and Phone number so potential customers can contact us.
The yard sign will be placed in the yard of homes that have just recently undergone a retrofit (new windows installed). The goal of this yard sign is to drive people to visit out Design Center. It is a 10,000 square foot center where potential customers can SEE FEEL AND TOUCH over 100 windows. When customers visit the design center we see a significant jump in how often the customer purchases. Utilize the SEE FEEL AND TOUCH phrase as the call to action to drive customers to the design center.
