UPDATE, August 2, 2018: In order to give this a feminine touch and also include some of the spiritual principles that goes into this program, I would love to see some yoga / meditation / lotus / prayer references in the logo. 🧘🏻♀️👏🏻👣
UPDATE, August 1, 2018: I would prefer a logo that incorporates an icon or a face. I do NOT want the fonts in the logo to resemble the American book.
I've also included GREEN for the Visual Style, and uploaded a new file as a reference.

«Spis deg fri» is the name of a Norwegian book, which is a translation of the American bestselling book, Bright Line Eating by Dr. Susan Peirce Thompson. I own the publishing rights for the Norwegian version, and I have also developed several online courses based on this book. A brief description is that I help people lose their excess weight by learning new habits and implementing these four rules in their everyday life:
1) No Sugar
2) No Flour
3) Three meals a day
4) Weigh and measure every meal
Spis deg fri literally means = Eat Yourself Free
So, what looks like a DIET, is actually a program based on modern brain science in order to change your life. My experience is that this attracts 99 percent women, so I would appreciate if the logo speaks to the feminine part of the audience, without scaring away the men ;)
Also - I am building this as a PERSONAL brand, where my persona plays a central role in marketing this solution to the wider audience. So, the logo can absolutely have «personal qualities» that aligns with me: FREEDOM, humor, energy and a positive outlook on life. Other central words and concepts for this brand are self leadership, yoga, spirituality, growth, willingness to change, success, warmth, love, compassion, courageous, curiosity, presence and adventure.
My target audience is women 35 years and above, who have tried other diets in the past, without succeeding. They are now looking for a sustainable solution, and are searching for a new concept and new method, that can be «the answer to their prayers».
I'm also planning on rolling out different courses related to freedom, including freedom for your personal history, financial freedom, and other habits that are not beneficial for you, such as alcohol and shopping. Therefore, I would like the logo to be versatile enough to work with other topics in the future.
