Brochure / Prospectus concept design for property lettings company

We are looking for a concept to use in a new A4 8 page prospectus to be sent out to landlords for a property lettings management company.

Desired Color Scheme:
based on current branding though open to change

Desired Style:
Fresh, modern updated feel from current branding.

Accepted File Formats:
layered ai, layered pdf, quark xpress (v5 or below)

The 8 page propectus will have a glossy cover and will be full colour throughout.

We need a concept to based the prospectus on, so feel free to let your own thoughts guide you submissions, they can comprise one or two pages, a cover and a page, a rough concept, etc... Feedback will be given regularly.

They have also adopted a mascot recently, see http://www.accommshop.co.uk/mascot.jpg and it's inclusion is at your descretion.

The website design is a little dated and any deviations from this are more than welcome, you can elect to base your design on this or let yourself loose (as long as it ties in with their logo).

It is thought that the text will be cut down into bullet points and their will be space for adverts.

Finally, there may be more work for the winner if they are interested in helping to produce the final prospectus ready for print.
