Real Estate & Mortgage
Real Estate Development. I buy two flats and convert them into brand new single family homes in the Chicagoland area. I also buy run down single family homes and completely rehab those as well.
What's your vision?
I would like something cute with some character and color but yet, still professional. I buy the houses and do all the fixing up, from start to finish. So we start with something old and run down and turn it into something beautiful and brand new. I currently do not have a logo either so maybe something designed for my business card will then become my logo. I would maybe like something with a house, maybe a house made out of tools or something. Something that indicates that I do the actual work but also offer a beautiful end product.
My audience is typically a more upscale person in the Chicagoland area. The houses when sold are usually in the million dollar plus range.
Every design category has flexible pricing for all budgets. Stationery starts at $279.
