A&B American Style, LLC
A&B American Style is a young company specializing in hand-made, small-batch condiments. Our products are about freshness and the natural flavors of our all-natural ingredients. Our hot sauces are certainly spicy, but our goal is not to set customers' mouths on fire. Instead, we want our condiments to bring out the flavor in all kinds of dishes.
Our target is the kind of customer whose purchasing decision is swayed by a food manufacturer's small company image. In addition to people who buy hot sauces merely for their heat, we are specifically targeting the shopper who appreciates all-natural products. The likely customer will be attracted to labels that do not look mass produced.
The label should feature one of the attached logos (we would like to see label possibilities involving both). Our branding concept emphasizes simple designs with a small company feel. We definitely DO NOT want hot sauce label standards like flames, devils or other cartoonish nonsense. The label will be attached to this bottle: http://www.couronneco.com/5534-sc-s…bottle.htm
We would also like the words "small batch pepper sauce" on the label, probably below the logo (but we're open to suggestions). Also please include "all natural". Before the contest ends, we will need to list the sauce's ingredients on the edge of the label paper. We will provide the recipe (and a short blurb about the company) in private comments to anyone who submits a label with a strong chance of winning. In the meantime, please just focus on the central aspects of the label.
The label will be printed on light brown paper (like the color of a sandwich bag) and the text should be in a dark color (probably black). Eventually, as A&B American grows, the plan is to have the logo and color concept be a familiar attraction for food shoppers. Accordingly, this label should be flexible so we can use something similar in the future for products other than hot sauce.
We've had good experiences working with this site's private comment feature, so please feel free to send any questions and any suggestions for changes or additions. Thanks.
