Really great work. The designer had to work through a major turn in instructions which really pivoted the creative brief along with the materials provided to everyone. He was the only one who was able to fully make the change and delivered an outstanding piece of design work on entirely new directions late in the contest.

What inspires you and how do you envision the design for your business?
Need to create a monthly newsletter email template that can be uploaded into one of the commonly used online campaign management software most likely Mail Chimp. Email needs to be able to be updated once per month in a user friendly way.
Goals for the email:
- Follow the identity standards for Sotheby's International Real Estate
- Push traffic to social media- Twitter and Facebook.
Target audience in SELLERS not buyers. The message is: Seller of luxury real estate. The call to action: Contact us for up to date market information and to experience the Sotheby's Marketing Difference.
