10th Anniversary T-Shirt

Our school is celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. We need a special t-shirt design to commemorate the milestone.

We are a family martial arts school celebrating its 10th anniversary this year. We would like a special t-shirt designed to commemorate the anniversary.
The design should incorporate our logo (http://www.rdmartialarts.com/rdmalogo.jpeg). It should have our url (http://www.rdkarate.com) and it should mention the 10th anniversary (1999-2009). If possible, it would be nice if the two cities where we are located could be part of the design (Jefferson City and Morristown TN.) Our motto/tagline is "Empowering Lives Through Martial Arts"
The company that screens our shirts has ancient equipment, so the design for front and back can be no larger than 10 inches square for each. It should also be no more than 4 colors (ideally we would like 3 colors to keep cost down.)
Design should show well on a wide variety of t-shirt colors, both light and dark.
