I left pictures of what I'm looking for, I want the design to look similar to the Scrooge McDuck pictures I left, I want him to be wearing a robe with the name Carouzal on the robe somewhere, I want him to be sitting in a throne that has jewels on it, I don't want him to have that many tattoos, I want the bottle of champagne but instead of the cigar I want him to be holding either his crane of a band of $100 bills want everything else to be relatively similar, I want to pull inspiration from the other photo especially the style of the drawing. I want all finished designs to have hand-drawn that oil pastel look. All designs need to be able to be printed onto a black shirt as well so I need a mix of shades along the border or whatever technic you use. I'm looking for a design that is professionally done but doesn't look lifelike. Pay attention to Domrebel's design that the kind of style I'm looking towards.
