Mire.Veli is fantastic. This was my first experience using 99Designs and I couldn't have found a better designer for my brand. He has incredible talent, and I think he would be an excellent choice for any business. I'll be hiring him again via a 1-1 project, and I'm definitely going to be recommending him to others. Hire him! You'll be glad you did.
How Charm City started their t-shirt journey
Charm City Chain Gang
We are a group of people who are desk jockeys during the week and cycling enthusiasts on the weekends. There is a group of us that gets together and go on long bike rides on the weekends... our own sort of "biker gang"! We thought it would be fun if we had some shirts designed to wear while we ride. For the most part we are office workers, so none of us has the artistic talent to create something that will let us show the neighborhood that we still have a sense of humor!
Tell us a bit about who you are and the people you reach
We are the target audience! As previously mentioned, we are a group of office workers who like to go for long bike rides on the weekends and we are interested in having someone with artistic talent design a jersey for us.
We are looking to have a bike jersey designed for our biking club. The jersey will be a short sleeve 3/4 lenth shirt that we wish to have patterned to resemble a white button down single breasted dress shirt with a tie. The impression given by the design should be somewhat surreal and comical. We aren't looking for a photo perfect replica of a real shirt, rather a creation that is light hearted and unique.
The design must take into account both the front and back of a short sleeve cycling jersey. It should have the attributes of a standard dress shirt, such as a collar folded over the tie, sleeve stitching, buttons, a shirt pocket, etc. This design should be represented in a hand-drawn, illustrated fashion. The jersey material will be all white, we wish for the tie to be illustrated in black, and pens to be drawin into the pocket.
I have attached a concept of what we were thinking. We are excited to see how everyone interprets this!
