John R. got their new twitter background design by running a design contest:
Create an awesome twitter background for a fun company with great people

We provide an online Business Foundation course created by MBAs from top business schools for newly admitted MBA candidates around the world.
What's your vision?
We would like a 'big image' twitter design which depicts our fun, but truly professional personality. -- We are open to various color combinations and ideas (just that the design should go well with our logo attached). Please do include images and/or text stating that we provide courses in =>Economics =>Accounting =>Statistics =>Finance -- We were also hoping of having images and accompanying text to depict our course contents: => Video lessons that discuss every topic in detail (Video tutorials) => Examples culled from real life events (Real-life Examples) => Suggested reading material to whet your information appetite (Additional readings) => Business news, jargon and anything else that would help you prepare for your MBA ahead (Business News and more) -- Bonus points for conveying the idea that courses were by top MBAs such as NSEAD, Wharton and Kellogg. -- Do check out our blog http://blog.mbabasecamp.com and our twitter page: http://www.twitter.com/MBABasecamp to get a feel for our company and tone.
Our customer profile: 22 to 32 years old, web-saavy professional who has been admitted to a business graduate program and wants a safe, top-of-the-line prep course to learn the basics of business before heading to school. -- FYI: The "Basecamp" of a mountain is an area used for staging an attempt at the summit. Our website helps candidates prepare for the tough MBA curriculum that lies ahead and acts as a 'Basecamp' for their 'ascent'. Hence, the name MBA Basecamp... :) --
