Real Estate & Mortgage
We are a real estate agent/team working for RE/MAX. Our site focuses on showcasing properties and featured communities.
We like soothing colors and nothing too dark.I like light colors and think a REMAX balloon in silver/platinum is sharp and has a luxury look to it.. There is an image herethat has RE/MAX Collection with nice script font. We are looking for a navigation that is very organized. http://www.kbsells.com/ is a nice site although not quite the same colors we're looking for. http://www.premierestateproperties.com/home.aspx - i think the only thing i like is the fact of a large real estate image that would be a featured property that could be like a slideshow and fade into another home.that could attract people to click on it.
HOMEPAGE ONLY - The company I work for is a RE/MAX brokerage and most RE/MAX colors are red, white and blue. RE/MAX also has a collection/luxury division that offers a sharper color mainly grey, silver, black, red. I have an existing site that will remain and this will just be a more luxury site and to target a new area. I am looking for a variant for a homepage only. The most important part of this project to start will be the layout of navigation, content and colors. We will also need to figure out a call to action color button like red or orange or blue. But this will depend on overall look. I have attached a few of the RE/MAX Collection logos. I think the black background one will make the site appear to dark and much like a haunted house.l attached the same logo on a white background. I have the silver balloon. I like the script writing as it conveys class.
We would like the designer to understand the type of homes we sell in the area. They are not California beach homes and we are not in the desert with mediteraian style homes. Our homes are considered to be Tudor Colonials, Cape Cods, Victorians, Classic American Split levels (I have attached some style of homes) The site will need to cater to the type of clients we will have visiting the website. They are people generally working and living in NYC typically in Finance. The homepage should be well organized and information be situated very smooth and comfortable. Our navigation button names will be same as existing site. Our Featured Areas will be Millburn | Short Hills | Livingston | Maplewood | Madison | Chatham | Summit You can add a phone number 973-945-5163 and some social media icons (small) facebook, blog and twitter. Some of our competitors include www.sueadler.com and www.trghome.com/
