RentLinx needed a new web page design and created a contest on 99designs.
A winner was selected from 33 designs submitted by 13 freelance designers.
Rental Search Site
We're hoping to find a designer (or two) for much more ongoing work! Here's our first project:
We have an apartment search site with the branding (header and footer) already set.
We're looking for a hot new design for the content of the "property details" page. Basically a way to lay out all of the details about the property in a slick, efficient way.
More than one winner may be awarded!
Renters searching for a new apartment or rental house will be looking at these pages. We already have an established site with renter traffic, looking to improve!
* Redesign the “guts” of the existing website below, but leave the header and footer the same
* IMPORTANT: Feature the contact information and the table of the different floor plans near the top of the page!
* Include all of the content from the existing website below
* No need to use any of the existing icons, but do use the photos of the property and floor plan
* This design will be a “template” for other properties as well, so try to keep property-specific information in a web-dynamic format (no fancy graphics on the name of the property, for example)

Some other websites we like the look and feel of are (these have the same basic types of content) in the order we like them:
