Crisp, clean imagery, logo and messaging. The logo DOES NOT have to reflect the brown tones in the brochure supplied - it can reflect other treatments demonstrated in the logo montage supplied. We are looking for a more innovative design than the brochure. The result must be a luxurious, exclusive design that reflects the development's setting.
A big big image slider should dominate the home page. Accompanying the slider should be a short site introduction:
"Corbridge offers an exclusive rural residential haven set in a spectacular alpine landscape within a working farm environment..."

The slider should be able to embed video.
Pages will be: Home, Facilities, Sites, Activities, About us, Resources, Contact us. These do not have to be arranged in a traditional header format.
We can have image and text modules on the home page: Facilities (centre pages of brochure), Sites (inside back cover of brochure), Activities (inside back cover of brochure), but these must not make the design traditional or detract from the main imagery.
Footer will be simple and have contact information as per the brochure; as well as social share icons; Facebook, Twitter, Google+; "Copyright Corbridge Estates Limited 2015", "Site design by marketelements."
See centre pages of brochure. A home and site at Corbridge will mean an investment of at least USD$2-3m. This means the site and messaging must appeal to the high-end visitor/prospect.
